Open to 18 and older. Take the researching skills learned in Ancestry 101 and apply them to search for your own family. Find your ancestors and learn their stories with the help of an instructor. Class will be offered on two different days at different times to provide more opportunities to attend.
Stephanie Irvin, an employee with the Georgia Libraries for Accessible Statewide Services (GLASS), will be sharing information about accessible reading materials. Open to all ages. The Bio-Bus, a mobile science exhibit from Georgia State University, is coming to our library. Kids and families can learn about the science of DNA in a fun, hands-on way. This program is set up festival style, so no reservations are required.
