Chair Yoga Adapted for Special Needs — Adults
Open to ages 18 and older.
Yoga is a wonderful practice to increase flexibility, balance, and strengthen the mind/body connection. Worried about getting down on the floor? Don’t be! This class gives the same benefits, all while be comfortably supported by a chair. This program has been adapted for adults with special needs.
