Called Meeting for Library Board of Trustees — Calhoun-Gordon

The Board of Trustees of the Calhoun-Gordon County Public Library, Calhoun, Georgia, will hold a called meeting to discuss financial planning on Monday, December 17th, 2018, at 4:00p.m at the Calhoun-Gordon County Public Library, located at 100 North Park Avenue Calhoun, GA 30701. This meeting is open to the public.

This regularly scheduled meeting of the board of trustees will consider agenda items, actions and review proposed amendments and or updates to the constitution and bylaws of the public library. Proposed changes to the constitution and bylaws must be presented to the library board of trustees for review at least 2-weeks prior to the meeting date. The notice must also be presented in the public news organ prior to the open meeting. O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1.
