Calhoun-Gordon County Library presents Baby Lap Sit & Sign: Mondays at 10:30am
This class is for ages birth to two and we will be singing, learning a few words in sign language, and having a very short story. Using sign language is very beneficial for infants due to the fact that they cannot speak very well; they are, however, communicating in some form or fashion. Being able to sign what they want takes away some of the frustration of communication.
The class will only last 30 minutes, but are parents and children are fer to stay, play, and socialize afterwards.
Please note the new day. No Baby Lap Sit on February 19th.
