Calhoun-Gordon County Library presents Reading with Carl & Sue on Friday, March 2nd, 2018 and on Friday, March 16th from 4:00pm-5:00pm
Children are encouraged to sit and read with Carl, an Alliance of Therapy Dogs member, to gain confidence in reading aloud in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
Sue (Susan Van Buren) is a registered play therapist and licensed clinical social worker who enjoys teaching families about the benefits of play therapy, what it entails, and the techniques that enhance parent/child relationships.
Calhoun-Gordon County Public Library is hosting a Tween Pokémon™ Club on Thursday, March 1st, 2018 from 5:00pm-6:00pm
It’s an all-out Pokémon™ battle! Join us as we come together each month with games, crafts, and more–all centered around our favorite Pokémon™ characters. Feel free to bring along your own cards or use ones provided. This event is open to tweens in 4th-6th grade.

Board meetings are open to the public. The Northwest Georgia Regional Library Board of Trustees helps sets policies, schedules, budgets and more for all three branches of our library system. The meetings rotate locations.

Come join us as we make paper dragons. STEM activities are activities that focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. All supplies will be provided.
