NGRL – Closed for Memorial Day Weekend

All Northwest Georgia Regional Libraries will be closed for Easter weekend.

To allow our staff to enjoy the holiday with their families, we will be closing Dalton, Calhoun, and Chatsworth libraries for Memorial Day weekend. We hope you all have a great holiday and we look forward to seeing you when we reopen.

Your books will not be due during this time. Feel free to drop any items off in the bookdrop and if you run out of things to read, check out our Digital Media page for eBooks, Digital Magazines, and eAudio.

DW – Late Opening Due to Race

Dalton-Whitfield Library will be have a late opening: Saturday, May 9th at 10:30am

Due to the Bill Gregory race, which will be taking place on Waugh street and other surrounding streets, Dalton-Whitfield Library will be delaying its opening. This will hopefully allow staff members and patrons to get to the building without difficulties from road closings.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause. The library will still close at 1:30pm, and the computer lab will still close at 1:15 pm.
